5-mile walk led by the Woodland Trust

Venue: Dales Countryside Museum, Hawes

A 5-mile walk over mainly easy terrain, led by the Woodland Trust. There will be discussions on the work of the Trust and how it enhances the landscape with woodland creation to benefit wildlife and people. Red squirrels might make an appearance. No dogs please.

Adult £10, Under 25 £3

Places are limited so please book in advance. If a walk is sold out, you can call our office to add your name to the waiting list. Please let us know as early as possible if you are not going to use your walk ticket; we can’t offer refunds but someone else may be able to take your place. You’ll need sturdy boots, waterproofs and a hat. For the longer walks bring lunch and water. Coins for ticket machines may be needed. Published durations are approximate.
