Festival Future Fund

Festival Future Fund

Through the Festival Future Fund, you can contribute money that goes directly into the planning and programming of future Swaledale Festivals.

Our Festival creates joy and inspiration for many, and has ambitious plans to broaden and grow – but money for this is not guaranteed, and it is a challenging time for public funding.

The Festival Future Fund helps us tackle this challenge together, enabling the team to plan future festival programmes with optimism and ambition, confident that our funding base is broader and more secure than ever.

We therefore encourage you to help Swaledale Festival to flourish long into the future by making a donation.  Any amount is welcome, and it will all help us create exciting and enjoyable programmes in 2026 and beyond.

As the Fund will help long-term artistic planning, it would be especially helpful if you could plan to give over multiple years. Money given in 2025 goes towards the 2026 Festival, and money given in 2026 fuels 2027 – so a commitment now to an annual amount for, say, three years brings vital security and confidence.

You would have the satisfaction of knowing you are contributing to a bright future for this much-loved Festival, and the opportunity to collaborate with those of us who shape it.

To donate to the Festival Future Fund, either as a one-off amount or as ongoing planned giving, please contact Elizabeth Bedford on friends@swalefest.org, or phone her on 01748 880018.

Please know that your contribution to the Fund will directly benefit and enhance Swaledale Festival in 2026 and beyond.

Thank you!
