Festival Future Fund

Festival Future Fund

We are delighted to announce the public launch of the Festival Future Fund.

The Festival creates joy and inspiration for many, and has ambitious plans to broaden and grow – but money for this is not guaranteed, and it is a challenging time for public funding.

The Festival Future Fund is intended to help us face this challenge together, enabling the team to plan future festival programmes with optimism and ambition, confident that we have a broader and more secure base of funding than before.

We therefore invite those who want to help the Swaledale Festival to flourish long into the future to make a donation - any amount is welcome.

As a donor, you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are contributing to a bright future for this much-loved Festival, and the opportunity to collaborate with those of us who shape it.

We have set an initial target of raising £30,000 during this year’s Festival and you are warmly invited to help us achieve that.

Generous inaugural donors have already contributed half of the money, so we are well on the way!

If you would like to donate to the Festival Future Fund, either as a one-off amount or as ongoing planned giving, please contact Elizabeth Bedford on friends@swalefest.org, or phone her on 01748 880018.

Please know that your contribution to the Fund will directly benefit and enhance Swaledale Festival in 2026 and beyond.

Thank you!
