This ancient intimate venue is famous for its 13th Century wall paintings. There is also a replica of the 'Easby Cross', the original of which is in the V&A, said by Pevsner to be the finest Anglo Saxon sculpture in the North.

Parking
There is a small public car park near the church and a nearby field is made available for Festival-goers to use for parking.

Access
The church is wheelchair accessible but we regret that the is no accessible toilet. A hearing loop is available.

Toilets
There are no toilets at the Church, but a portaloo is provided in the Festival car park.

Refreshments
St Agatha's is famed for its refreshments with a strawberry tea provided before Festival events.
