• Tickets must be booked online.
  • ​Please book tickets only for those in your household ‘bubble’.
  • Seating will be pre-allocated this year. Where possible those in your bubble will be seated together. The bubbles will be appropriately distanced from each other. 
  • We aim to allocate seats in the order of booking, beginning with the front of the venue and working backwards.
  • Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time. There is no advantage in arriving earlier as seats will be pre-allocated. We may need to contact you later to change your arrival time, so please check your emails.
  • You will be given your seat numbers on arrival at the event. 
  • There will be no intervals.
  • All Covid-19 guidelines must be adhered to. We respectfully request that you wear a face-covering and socially distance.
  • Due to changing government regulations the programme and event guidelines are subject to change, so keep an eye on our website. 
  • We’re sorry that there can be no refunds or exchanges unless the performance is cancelled.

Parking: a public car park can be found 300 metres from the venue, please be careful if parking within the village so as not to inconvenience local people. 

Accessibility: Muker Hall is wheelchair accessible via the side-door, but it is situated on a short steep hill.  Drivers of disabled visitors will need to drop off outside the hall and park in the carpark.  Please call the Festival box office on 01748 880018 if you wish to discuss your needs and we will do our best to help you.  There is an accessible toilet in the public toilets opposite The Farmers Arms.

Refreshments: are available from the tea rooms and pub in Muker village.
